Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using amvgg.com (the "Site"), you ("you" or "your") acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Site, including any associated media platforms or applications.
User Accounts
a. Account Creation
You may create an account to access additional features on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
b. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our TOS or engage in unauthorized or illegal activities. See the Termination section below for details.
Profile Content
a. User-Generated Content
You may customize your profile with a bio and timezone. All profile content is publicly visible and subject to our content guidelines.
b. Prohibited Content
Your profile bio must not contain: profanity or offensive language, hate speech or slurs, inappropriate or adult content, personal identifiable information (real name, address, phone number, email), external links or social media handles, spam or promotional content, or any content that violates applicable laws.
c. Content Moderation
We employ automated content filtering and reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Chat & Messaging
a. Overview
Our Site provides a chat feature that allows users to communicate directly with other users in the context of trade listings. Chat is powered by a third-party service (TalkJS). By using the chat feature, you agree to the additional terms outlined in this section.
b. Age Requirement
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), you must be at least 13 years of age to use the chat feature. You will be required to verify your age before accessing chat. If you are found to be under 13, you will be blocked from using the chat feature until you reach the age of 13 based on the date of birth you provided.
c. Acceptable Use
When using the chat feature, you must not: share personal identifiable information (real name, address, phone number, email, social media handles), engage in harassment, bullying, or threats, attempt to scam or deceive other users, send spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertisements, share inappropriate, offensive, or adult content, attempt to circumvent content filters or moderation systems, or use chat for any purpose unrelated to trading on the platform.
d. Content Filtering & Moderation
Messages are subject to automated content filtering, including PII detection and profanity filtering. Messages that violate our guidelines may be blocked or flagged. We reserve the right to review reported chat conversations for moderation purposes. Users may report messages and other users for violations, and our moderation team will review reports and take appropriate action.
e. Message Retention
We reserve the right to retain message data for moderation, safety, and legal compliance purposes even after deletion.
f. Chat Suspension
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban users from the chat feature for violations of these terms. Chat bans are separate from account suspensions and may be applied independently.
Restricted Activities
Your use of the Site is limited to its intended purposes and may not involve commercial activities unless explicitly authorized by us.
Site Oversight
We reserve the right, though not obliged, to monitor compliance with these Terms on the Site. In cases of non-compliance, we may take legal action to protect our rights and ensure the Site's proper functioning.
Changes and Interruptions
We retain the discretion to modify, delete, or suspend any part of the Site without prior notice or explanation, at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
a. Our Content
The amvgg.com name, logo, site design, and original content (guides, articles, and tools) are the property of amvgg.com or its licensors. All other trademarks, game content, and assets, including those relating to Adopt Me and Roblox, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. You may not reproduce or distribute amvgg.com's original content without permission.
b. Item Values and Data
The item values published on the Site, including value figures, demand and trend ratings, value history, value-change logs, and the selection, arrangement, and methodology used to compile them, are original works created and maintained by amvgg.com and constitute our intellectual property and database rights. You may reference individual values for personal, non-commercial use within the Adopt Me community. You may not scrape, copy, extract, republish, redistribute, or use our value data (in whole or in substantial part) to build, train, or operate any other website, application, bot, dataset, value list, or commercial product without our prior written permission. Automated access to the Site for the purpose of extracting value data (including by scrapers, bots, or scripts) is prohibited without our prior written permission, except for standard search engine, advertising, and other crawlers we have authorized indexing publicly available pages, or use of any official API we may provide.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Site at any time, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Site or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the Site ends immediately, and we may remove your content, including trade listings and profile information. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability, will survive.
Governing Legislation
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence entitles you to bring a claim before your local courts. Our failure to enforce specific rights or provisions in these Terms does not waive those rights.
Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Item values and trading information are community-driven estimates provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Uplift Games.
b. Trades
All trades take place within Adopt Me on the Roblox platform and are conducted entirely between users. We do not facilitate or guarantee any trade and are not responsible for losses resulting from trades, scams, or interactions with other users.
c. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
